Safezone testing
Safezone was tested on different environmental as per the industry standards.
A blister test is conducted to measure adhesion on different types of surfaces normally it's done on metal surfaces and is subjected to various factors that influence adhesion.

Normally we look for bubbles being formed when the coated surface is subjected to different forces that the coating might go through during its coated on to surface in the long term.
A toxicity test was done to study if there would be any mutation on the exposed microbes. As we are also working on the clothing application this would be a very interesting test to see will the material cause any issues.

Post-test it was concluded that the material was Non-toxic.
Coated surfaces were tested for different environmental conditions at the facility the environmental testing facility at CPDMED TBI, IISc- Bangalore. This is a crucial test which helps in identifying any shortcomings with the product and to demonstrate its capability of the product.

The antibacterial test was conducted on 3 different samples post-subject to environmental tests which yielded 99.99% efficacy.
The antifungal test was conducted on 3 different samples post-subject to environmental tests which yielded 99.99% efficacy.
The antiviral test was conducted on 3 different samples which were different versions of the material where optimisation was done.
